Guy Case

Guy's Bio

Hello, I would like to be your Mortgage Reduction Specialist.

My goal is to make your mortgage experience enjoyable. As you pay off your home, I'd like you to say that was pretty simple. I want you to be so satisfied that you will tell your friends and loved ones "You've got to call the Simple Guy" when they ask what you are so excited about.

My wife, Ruth, and I live in Pueblo West, Colorado. Ruth is a native of Colorado; I'm an alien (someone born outside of Colorado)!! We were married on April 1st, 1981. Yes, I know that is April fools Day!! As we were selecting a day on which to get married, I tossed out April 1st figuring she would say NO WAY!!!!!! Instead she said "April Fools" and now we have celebrated 26 of them. Thank you Lord!!! "He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord" - Proverbs 18:22.

We have one child (sort of). Her name is Munchkin. She is a twelve year old wiener dog. Actually, she is a hound person; our friends always laugh when I say she is a hound person, however, they have all come to call her that as well. The only people Munchkin doesn't like are those that quit petting her. Munchkin loves to go to work with me and she is the center of attention with the kids at our church following Sunday services. We have a cartoon on the refrigerator that shows a refrigerator with a dogie door and the back half of a dog sticking out of the refrigerator. The caption says "Don't you think we are spoiling her a bit?" Yes we have; she is our buddy!!!!

I started working for my Dad when I was eight years old. My job was to clean the side windows of every car that bought gas. I can remember when gasoline hit 30 cents a gallon and everyone thought the country would come to a screeching halt!!

Dad was a great teacher and also the dumbest man to walk the face of the Earth. At least that is what I told him when I was thirteen. Dad said "Guy it is what you learn after you know-it-all that will make a difference in your life". Well as I grew up Dad got smarter and he was Best Man for me the day I married Ruth.

I've worked as an auto mechanic (back when cars were simple), firefighter/EMT, restaurant manager and district manager. Then Ruth encouraged me to go to college where I earned a degree in Business Management. While in college I delivered pizza, served as Student Senate President and Chairman of the Colorado State Student Advisory Council. I also served on the Governing Board for colleges in Colorado.

After college I owned my own business and sold it five years, to the day, following ground breaking and tried to retire.

Now I devote myself to helping people, like you, and families like yours, with interest cancellation on homes and businesses.

A home is part of your family; a house is just a building. Truly owning your home is an important event in your life.

May I be a part of your life? I will consider it an honor!!

    Respectfully,
    Guy
